Yes its correct.I left 3 days ago and I came back last nite only from Delhi.I had to attend a training.Now I would be leaving tomorrow for a very important assignment.Tension is there as it will include some things which I havent done yet.Its a big challenge.Lets see how it goes!Wish me luck and pray for me!Really need it!

I guess now a days, its more like a trend to be a member of the community sites rather than actually using them for what they are intended for, you got it right, for building communities.  I have seen so many people coming up and asking me whether I am on that "community site" or not? And there are not just one or two sites or there.  I know just a few but believe me, there are alot out there on the net. As I have been asked by many so here is the answer, I am now on the Friendster  and on Orkut . No, not coz I have accepted to be a part of the trend but coz some of my very good friends are there on them and its nice to be there where all your nears and dears are, isnt it? If you ask whom I liked much than the other, my answer would be none coz they both are same but just have a different interface.  Both have the same purpose, meet with new and keep in touch with the old! I have cleared my exam.  So now I have got my second(yup second) Masters in Computer Applications.  I am happy?Yes I am!It was a big burden on my head.  Thank God its over now.  Thanks a lot to all who prayed and wished for me!

I had a very important exam which I missed.  I was not able to take it up coz I was not well and was hospitalized.  Why?Don't ask me the reason coz its strictly personal!Anyways, I took it up in the next semester.  The result of that exam is going to be out very soon now.  Its really important for me as its the only obstacle between me and my second Masters degree.  Yes second as I have already one Masters degree in Computer Science.  Since I have got the news, tremendous pressure is there.  Pray for me guys.  Hope I shall make it.  Fingers crossed!

We all are not so good and neither so much bad.  People come to us and leave us.  Some do this under the pressure of circumstances and some deliberately.  But even if one have left someone, can't he be with him/her in his/her bad times when he/she needs him the most?Being with someone in good times is something which all do but when the bad time comes than all one needs is support and a shoulder to cry.  Is it too much to ask and too costly to afford and give?When you need just 2 words from the person whom you think is closest to you,who  will be with you no matter what but you don't hear a word even from that person, how should it feel?You are crying, dieing every minute, feeling so alone, longing to hear two, just two words from that person but you hear instead of all this  that even your existence too doesn't matter for that person, how should it feel?You were always happy, smiling and all of a sudden, your smiles are gone and so is your happiness, is it just a coinciden

I am not able to post anything over here from the last few days.To tell the truth, I am not able to do anything.There is some problem on the personal side.I wont say what but yes its so much big for me.Just praying so much hard that everything must go fine and well.

While just stumbling upon web-blogs, I came across one few days back.  There was a post from the poster where he wrote that just before 2 days when he was supposed to meet his love who was going to come and visit him, they fought and things came to broke-up.  It was a heart-touching entry and if you ever have loved someone, you could feel the pain of that guy.  I couldn't stop myself and left a comment.  Lately I got his reply back that he and his love have decided to be together.  He wrote that she loves him and separation is just one word which can't ever come in them.  I just have to say that my best wishes are always with you guys.  I hope and wish that never ever this thing would come in your love.  Fights,disputes do happen and they are a part of love and life.  But one must never make them so high that for that momenteric anger, you lose someone whom you would never find again. Yes I am back home but this trip didn't go as I planned and expected.  This came out to be a rather bumpy ride.  Well this means that the whole trip didn't go as I had thought and to make things worse, it didn't last for that time till it was supposed to be.  The only good thing that happened that this whole mess was not created by me or was not the result of any mistake or carelessness on my part. So I started on 9th from home.  I was going overseas to as like always, I caught a bus to New Delhi at about 9am.My flight was at 10.30pm in the evening and I was going to be at the airport at about 4pm but still I left early coz I had to pay a rescheduling fee for my ticket and I was asked to be at the airport 5 hours( yes you heard it right) from the schedule time of the flight.Nevermind I said to myself, I shall do an early check-in and would be free from all the hastle.So I started my trip on the bus.  It was an okay bus(cant ask for more in a bus right).Without any heart-bre

Yes the time has come and I shall be leaving(hopefully) tomorrow for a very important assignment. Its really an important one and there has been alot that has been happening( and probably will continue to happen) in the past few days. That was one of the main reasons that I wasn't able to be much active here too.  Just got to sort somethings and the funny part is that in that process, so many other things have lost the order!Anyways, I would be leaving tomorrow.  This time a little bit of tension and worry is there.  Wish me luck guys,I really need it!

Sometimes, some things happen which leave you just standing still and wondering about it.  Sometimes it can be a sudden and sad thing, sometimes something which makes you really happy and brings a smile on your face with an ever lasting memory of it on your mind.  You never can pre decide when it will happen and for what, no one has no control over it.  It just happens and when it does, it just leaves you standing there,sometimes smiling, sometimes sad, but always, speechless . Okay so finally I got my own laptop!Am I happy?To tell you the truth, I don't want to answer this question at this moment.  So when I shall answer?Well all I can say is that you have to wait for a little while longer to get the answer for it.  Its not that I am waiting for some technical analysis of the laptop to be done and than I shall post the results of it.  I am just waiting for some times to come.  For now I shall just say this only that its a nice feeling that you have your laptop at least for me its a very nice feeling. Al rite, so you must want to know which model I chose? Well I did a little bit of research and I finally landed up on Sony Vaio SZ38 . Among all the models that I saw, I liked this so much because of its sleek design powered with Core 2 DUO ( 2ghz) with a 1gb(I am going to upgrade it very soon) RAM.  With a 13.1 inch of screen size and just 1.65 kg of weight,its really a laptop that can fit and sit well on your lap :-).Good work SONY!

So what you would do when you can't make it to the  Oracle Open World?   No you wont organize your own open world but if there is an exhibition being hosted in your city for the first time and you have got a chance to be a part of it as an exhibitor , I guess one must try it out.  So that's what happened with me when my friend Mwho asked me to come and be a part of his stall in this year's  industrial fair organized by Tender World and Punjab Auto Show.   It was organized in Delhi up til now and this was the very first time when it has been organized in Punjab.Big event, I must tell you! So the exhibition had to start on 28th October.  Usually when you are an exhibitor, you have to make sure that all the flexes, broachers and pamphlets and all this kind of stuff must be ready at least 1 day prior to the main event so that you can just go arrange it.Hmm well it wasn't the case when it came to M.Sadly we or I must say, M was not as organized as he sh

One of my very good friends  Jatin,  who just got engaged   had to undergo an operation on this 28th. Unfortunately I wasn't around at that time when he was getting operated, I was just struck somewhere.  So me and the entire group(Manjit and his wife Jyoti,Sunil,Kavita), we all went to see him in the hospital.  Though he was not supposed to laugh due to having stitches on the stomach, we still made him smile alot.I hope and wish he would be completely fine and back in action as soon as possible!  

Blogging is getting very much popular and there are a lot of Oracle related blogs which are mentioned in my favorite lists.  But some elite gurus are still not into the blogging and all that. But no doubt, we all want to read from them in a different style  or I should say in a light manner as compared to the normal talks and presentations they give. Jonathan Lewis needs no introduction when it comes to Oracle and Oracle Database .  He is among the most knowledgeable Oracle professionals in the  world.  His  site   is a great resource for some of the finest information about how Oracle works?But still uptil now, a formal blog from him was missing.  So finally, after a long wait from the entire Oracle community, he has started writing his scratch pad  .Do check it for sure if you really are interested in knowing some hard facts but with proofs and for me time to update my blogroll!                          

I am not able to be so much active on my blog in the past few days.  Not because that I didn't want to be or I was busy but coz that I am feeling empty from inside.  I am not sure why it is?There are some things that are there which are not letting me concentrate and think consistently.  That's why you have seen borrowed articles on my blog more than ever in the last few days.  I am not very happy with it.  I have some things in my mind but I am not sure how much time I shall take to give them a face with words.  Hopefully I shall recover very soon. Marriage is one of the most happiest and life changing events that can happen to one in his/her life.  There is no strength,no joy which can be compared to that trust,assurance that someone is with you,no matter what will be the time,conditions and circumstances may be!That strength one gets when he/she ties knot with his/her soulmate.This happiest moment has come now in my friend Jatin's life when he has met his better half, Deepti on 24th of September.  A pre-engagement ceremony was organized by the families of both Jatin and Deepti .I was not able to join  this auspicious occasion coz of my travel routines but my wishes for both Jatin, Deepti are always going to be there,doesn't matter where I am!My heartiest wishes are and forever will be with you Jatin,Deepti!Wish you have this world's joy,happiness  and success forever!Hopefully I won't miss the grand ceremony :-).   Here is the couple.  Click on the pic to see the whole album.

What's the best thing that you can do when you are sick and walking 10 minutes too makes you tired like that you have climbed Mount Everest ?Exactly you watch movies :-)!So that's what I am doing from some days as my health is a bit shaky from last many days.  So I watched these 3 movies and here is my opinion on them: The Cave I do no like movies which are much dark movies and whatever is happening is happening in a dark environment.  All you can see, hear is some shouting, cries but nothing clear is there in front of you. The Cave was no different than that.  I guess there was nothing new that I saw in the movie.  Monsters killing people, people running and shouting, out of all who shows in the starting of the movie, 2/3 makes it to the end.  Movie starts with a punch but loses its entire charm till the end.  Won't say that I wasted my 2 hours but I am certainly not going to watch it again either. Sometimes, when you are sitting alone and you are so much upset, out of nowhere something happens which brings a smile on your face.  That moment becomes so much special and happiest moment for you!Similar sort of moment came for me yesterday.  I was feeling very much upset last night.  Just when I was going to switch off my pc, I just refreshed my bloglines  account page to see whether there were any new posts from my favorite blogs?I found that there was one post and which was from one of my( and I am sure favorite of millions other like me) favorite blogs, Tim Hall's Oracle-Base blog . I just clicked to read it and what I see is that it has a link to one of my posts.  OH GOSH!I immediately checked out my blog and found the comment of Tim that my post was a good one and it made everyone laugh.  I had no words to describe my happiness.  It was one of the most exciting moments for someone who never knew what does a blog mean even when he started it?As much upset and sad I was few m

Today someone came up to me with a situation.  It was a relationship problem of his friend who unfortunately was not so lucky in love and had her heart broken.  After listening to the whole situation, it turned out to me that somewhere, there was some fault of that gal too.  I know it hurts so much and  I understand completely what she must be feeling at the moment but still if she would had acted in a different manner for some matters, things could be much more easier for her today.  I hope everything goes fine with her and she get herself recovered as soon as possible.  After hearing the whole situation, when I said to that person that that gal had some fault too, he didn't like it very much as she is very close to him.  He said that she is not wrong anywhere and don't say that she is at any fault.  But I guess if you are asking for an opinion, you must make yourself ready for any good/bad opinions that may come up along the way.  It is not always that you will hear favorable

With me, the biggest problem  that I am facing now a days is that I don't have my own laptop so I am not able to catch up with my favorite blogs when I travel.Yes I can read them at the workplace but I do not like to do that.  I prefer to read them in my own privacy.  So whenever I travel I miss reading them which creates a backlog for me to finish when I am back home.  This time, I wasn't around for almost 20 days so there was a HUGE backlog which was there for me to finish.  But despite this time there was too much to read and I am sick as well, I have managed to finish reading all my favorite blogs rather more quickly than any time before.  Believe me its true!  How did it happen?No idea :-).But I am back on the track now and I am  :-).

Once again, after a long long time, in Hindi motion picture tracks, there is something which we can finally call  music. Its not very common that motion picture tracks match the standards in the terms of lyrics, music and singing as like private( or in more simple terms, Pop ) albums. Music is just an added attraction in movie and that's why much of the attention is towards the movie itself. After a long and grueling road and air travel.  I guess I have traveled much longer this time than any other time before and it was like that for forever,I would be just traveling with my luggage this time:).But finally I am back home today with a little pain (that too came just  when I was about to get home and I shall tell you about it after just a little while from now) and a great sense of satisfaction that everything went well for all, the only thing that matters the most for me!
