Short Poetry But Simply Awesome….

I was going to write about some other things but then I read the below two small poetic masterpieces and I decided to put those two here first. Needless to mention that I really liked both. So here goes the first one,

Us ke chehre ke sanjeedagi batati hai,

Usko hasne ka shauq tha pehle!

 

And its translation in English is,

His face’s seriousness just shows,

He was fond of smiling some time back!

 

Now 2nd and my favorite,

Kyun aaj uska jikr mujhe khush na kar saka,

Kyun aaj uska naam mera dil dukha gaya?

 

And its translation in English is,

Why today talks about her didn’t make me happy,

Why today her name did give my heart so much of pain!

Superb, just superb isn’t it!

I am a big fan of good poetry. I am not a poet myself  but where ever I do find anything good written, I try to collect and share it. Hello From Singapore….

Yes, I am at Singapore . Its been a while since I have come to this office where I am sitting right now, Suntec Tower 4 . The last time when I came here was in 2006. That was the first time when I came overseas for delivering a training program and this time again, the reason is same. Its so good to be back here and meet few persons whom I had met long time back and who actually taught me the few of the first lessons about the tactics of delivering a sessions. The session which I am handling right now is a VERY tough one and I am trying my best to keep things running smoothly. Hope all remains and goes fine. Its time to go for lunch. Been very long that I have seen food courts here at Suntec . Hope will find something to eat :-) .
